IMPORTANT NOTICE: These terms and conditions for services supplied by, set out the agreement between you and us under which we will provide you withwebsite design and hosting,  and/or any other service we agree upon. It is in your interest to read them carefully. If there is anything that you do not understand then please contact us.


This contract is made between (“us/we”) and the individual having a website designed and hosted by us (“you/your”).No variation of the terms of this contract however notified will be effective unless accepted by us in writing (including email).If any of the information you give us changes (e.g. name,  email address), you must inform us promptly. By entering into a contract to design and host your FREE website you accept that you are 18+, work for yourself (not managed by another person/s),

and you are legally entitled to work in the UK.

We are obliged to share information where we believe a person/s is under 18 years, working against their will or working illegally in the UK.

Other than these legal obligations we will NOT share any information you provide to us.

Website Design And Hosting

You acknowledge that in providing a website design and hosting service, we are not providing consultancy or any other advice in regard to content that

you may have on your website.

Your Website

Once you have decided that you would like to have your website, we will start the process of working on your design once we have your completed application form.

We will require any content from you that you would like to to be part of your website, and once we have said content, we will then give you a date for when your website design will be completed. During the designing of your website we will show you at regular intervals how the design is progressing, and during this time, if you would like things altered

then please let us know. Once you are 100% happy with your website then it will go live.


Your are receiving your website design free of charge, and because of such, we do have conditions for you to accept in order to keep your website, these being that:

A) You promote that you have your own website on a regular basis.

B) You are able to do a minimum of 1 webcam show/phone chat a week from your website. Or you are able to sell on a regular basis,

video and photo set content from your websites video store.

Failure to keep to this on a regular basis may lead to your website being deleted, We will email you if we feel that you have not been doing any of the above,

These conditions are in place to make sure we do not have websites on our servers that are not being used for the purpose that they have been designed for.

Sending Us Your Content

All content including text, and photos can be sent by you to us by email.

We may require assurances that you are legally entitled to 'use' the content you supply to have on your website.

Please be advised it is illegal to download and reuse 99.9% of all content that is available on the internet.

We are not responsible for any material you send to us, but should we receive any complaints we may remove said content as it is hosted upon our server and we have a duty to ensure compliance of the laws relating to this. We do accept "Adult Content", but if we feel that the content is of an illegal nature,

we will not use these on your website, and we will send you an email explaining our decision.

Uploading Videos To Your Video Store

For all videos that you would like to have as part of your video store, we will require you to either send us the links to the videos, or send then to us by email.

Once we have the videos we will then add a models copyright watermark, and prepare them for uploading to your video store.

As soon as videos have been uploaded we will email you to tell you.

You will also need to let us know the price you would like to charge for your videos,

together with a title and a short description.

Domain Name

We will endeavour to purchase the domain name that you require for your website.

If said domain name is not available, then we will advise you of an alternative.

All domain names will be owned by us on our servers.

If you already own a domain name, we can arrange to have this transfered to your website, at no extra cost to you.

Length Of Time To Design Your Website

We will endevour to have your website designed within 7 days, once we have all the details and content that you require.

We will give you a date for the completion of your website. In some circumstances we may have your website finished in 2-3 days.

Please note that all website designs are on a first come first served basis, so during busy times your website may take longer to finish.


Webstream Ltd will be the company who will provide your webcam, video store streams and transfer all phone calls to your phone number.

They will also be responsible for all credit/debit card transactions, in relation to your customers buying their credits.

To cover the cost of providing this service, Webstream Ltd charge 25% from your earnings for website shows, phone calls,

and 15% for donations received for payments of your video and photo sets.

Website Maintenance Charge

For all free website designs, we will keep back 5% of your website earnings.

This is to cover maintenance of your website.

This is our only charge and this amount will never increase for the amount of time you have your website hosted by us.

Closing Your Website, Without Having Had Any Earnings

If for any reason you would like to have your free website design closed, before you have had made any earnings from it,

you may do so, but this will incur a £20 payment to be made, this is to cover domain and maintenance costs.

Monthly Payment Websites

All monthly website designs are for 12 months and will will be paid for by you by bank transfer.

The bank details for you to send your £5 monthly fee will be given to you, once you are 100% happy with your website design.

We reserve the right to lock your website if you fail to keep up your monthly payments, which will mean that your website will not be viewable online.

You can pay for your website in full for the whole 12 months for £50, saving you £10.


From time to time your website will encounter a period of downtime. This will be for essential maitenance to the website.

We will inform you by email when this will be happening, and for how long the downtime will last for.

Normally maintenance takes around 15 minutes, and we try to do this at a time that will not interupt your website too much.


Either of us can end this contract immediately on notice if the other: (a) commits a material breach of this contract, which is capable of remedy, and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time of a written notice to do so; (b) commits a material breach of this contract which cannot be remedied; (c) is repeatedly in breach of this contract. We can end this contract with immediate effect due to your breach of any terms of this contract.

Our Liability To You

We have no liability (whether in negligence or otherwise) for any indirect or consequential loss, nor for any loss of opportunity, goodwill, reputation, business, revenue, or profit, you expected to make, wasted expenditure or data being lost or corrupted. This applies also if we decide to not continue with the website, for any reason.

Changes To This Contract

We may change this contract, at any time. Changes will be published on this website, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes.

You can end this contract by giving us seven days notice if our changes to this contract are to your detriment.

Giving Notice

Any notice under this contract must be given in writing which may include by email.

You are responsible for checking the mail sent to the email address provided by you as part of the service.

Waiver Of Rights

Neither of us shall be considered to have waived any right under this contract because of failure or delay in exercising that right.

Third Party Rights

A person who is not a party to this contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this contract,

but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available.
